Your Own Psychic Prescription
I recently started creating daily psychic prescriptions; tasks, things to eat and do channeled through by my super cool and clever spirit team and I want to share the practice with you. This practice has helped ease my anxiety, it is supporting my routine building and my self-care on levels I never really thought I could reach. It’s been a great practice of trust, surrender and faith.
What I’m about to share with you, I recommend you practice daily as it’s a great practice for opening your intuitive channels as well.
What you’ll need:
· A notebook ( digital or written)
· 45-min nighttime non-negotiable connection time ( some of you who are more advanced in your intuitive practices can probably swing this in 15-min if you are able to connect immediately)
Here’s what you do:
· Protect your energetic space the way you normally would ( sage, salt, white light, etc)
· Play some meditative and/or angelic music to clear the mental and emotional body noise and voices and embrace physical stillness and silence
· Request that your guides and angels give you your next day’s prescription for self-care
· Start writing and journal what comes through
Things to note:
· You may want to do something, and they may tell you no, that tomorrow is not the day to do that ( I get into discussions with my spirit team all the time because something I think I know better than them lol)
· Sometimes they’ll give you 10 things sometimes they’ll give you 1 or 2 things
· TRUST WHAT YOU RECEIVE
· If you don’t connect the first time, give it another try if you’re feeling nudged to do so until you do connect
